## Summary - expose target filtering in rmq.audit.list - expose clusterId filtering and clusterIdMissing selection - forward all three filters to the existing AuditService query path - add catalog and deterministic handler contract coverage ## Rationale The REST and service layers already support target, clusterId, and clusterIdMissing filters. The MCP tool previously discarded all three and always queried the whole audit deployment. ## Scope This change is limited to the MCP input record, handler forwarding, catalog schema, and tests. Audit storage and REST behavior are unchanged. ## Testing - pre-fix deterministic regression reproduced the null, null, false forwarding - AuditListToolHandlerTest: 2 passed - ToolCatalogTest: 8 passed - checkstyle: 0 violations - Maven used -Dmaven.compiler.proc=full Fixes #7222 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
