## Implementation update The corresponding fix is available in [PR #7225](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/7225). ### What changed - routed `rmq.user.list` through the existing bounded ACL user pagination service - added optional keyword, page, and page-size inputs - preserved page metadata in the MCP response - corrected the catalog contract so legal global ACL users may have no cluster bindings ### Root cause The handler used the legacy `AclService.listUsers` path, which returned the complete ACL user inventory without pagination. The tool catalog also modeled `clusters` as non-null even though the domain and wire model allow `null` for global users. ### Validation - deterministic handler regression for bounded-page forwarding - output-schema coverage for global users without cluster bindings - ACL/MCP tests: 129 passed - MCP discovery, execution, binding, routing, and registration tests: 30 passed - Checkstyle: 0 violations - package compile/repackage passed - the existing Windows environment lacks `python3` for the repository binary-license gate The change is limited to the MCP ACL user-list contract and does not alter unrelated ACL operations. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
