   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `type/enhancement` | Status: **Evaluated — Feasible**

This is a well-scoped feature request. The gap is real: existing mqadmin
commands (`topicList`, `topicRoute`, `topicStatus`) do not expose `TopicConfig`
fields such as `topicFilterType`, `topicSysFlag`, `order`, and custom
attributes (LITE message type, expiration, etc.).

**Feasibility:** Feasible — the underlying admin API
(`MQAdminExt.getTopicConfig` / `DefaultMQAdminExtImpl.getTopicConfig`) already
exists. The work is to add a new `getTopicConfig` subcommand in the tools
module that delegates to this API and formats the output.

**Scope:** `tools` module (new `GetTopicConfigCommand` or similar), possibly
a small addition to the admin command registry.

**Compatibility:** No breaking changes — purely additive.

   **Suggested implementation:**
   1. Create a new `GetTopicConfigCommand` class under
`tools/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/tools/command/`
   2. Accept `--topic` and `--cluster` / `--namesrv` options (consistent with
existing commands)
   3. Call `defaultMQAdminExt.getTopicConfig(topic)` and print the result in a
readable format
   4. Register the command in the tools entry point

This is a good first contribution for someone familiar with the tools module.
