Head commit for run: e379e71ea328069bd4b59c4ed382e6cef0e0f541 / leizhiyuann <[email protected]> [ISSUE #1408] [Rust] Apply server lite settings in LitePushConsumer PushConsumer::start_with_telemetry ignored the channel passed by LitePushConsumer, so Settings and NotifyUnsubscribeLiteCommand never reached the LiteSubscriptionManager and the lite subscription quota stayed at 0, which was treated as unlimited. Align with the Java client: - forward every telemetry command to the caller's channel after the push consumer handled it (LitePushConsumerImpl#onSettingsCommand calls super.onSettingsCommand before liteSubscriptionManager.sync) - wait in LitePushConsumer::start for the first Settings, bounded by SETTINGS_INITIALIZATION_TIMEOUT (3s) + request timeout, and fail the startup on timeout (ClientImpl#startUp / ClientSessionImpl#settingsInitFuture) - start the LiteSubscriptionManager only after that (LitePushConsumerImpl#startUp) - drop the "quota 0 means unlimited" special case (LiteSubscriptionManager#checkLiteSubscriptionQuota) Also compile lite_subscription_manager in unit tests so its tests run.
