Head commit for run: 413ef19b3b9fad5450cf9cef461a795c40d2ac93 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(dlq): cut resend failure reasons on code point boundaries (#7273) normalizeFailureReason() enforced the 256-unit reason budget by UTF-16 char, so a supplementary character (an emoji, a CJK extension character) whose high surrogate landed on the 253-char cut was split into a lone surrogate that has no UTF-8 encoding. Count the budget in code points and cut through TextBounds.truncate, the Unicode-safe bounds #4692 established, keeping the character whole or dropping it whole. The limit, whitespace normalization, failure accounting and the ... suffix are unchanged. Boundary regressions through both public resend entry points cover the per-message producer-send failure and the producer-session failure.
