   Fixes #7252.

The mock service stored consumer progress and subscriptions keyed by group
**name** alone, so two groups with the same name in different instances saw
each other's data — instance B's group showed instance A's progress rows,
subscriptions and reset-offset preview.

The mock now snapshots which fixture group record owns each stored entry at
module load and serves fixture data only when the active record — resolved by
name **and** instanceId, mirroring the settings round-trip pattern — is exactly
that owner. A same-named group in another instance gets empty
progress/subscriptions and no reset preview, and fixture data is hidden once
the owning group is deleted.

   Red-first:
`scopesMockProgressSubscriptionsAndResetPreviewsToTheOwningGroupTest` fails on
the old code (instance B receiving instance A's six rows), and covers the
instance-A round-trip, owner-deletion hiding, and full state restore. Suite
29/29; broader safety run across `src/services` +
`src/pages/instance/__tests__`: 393/393.
