Rebased onto `master` (`c4c063f8`, after #1407 / #1416 / #1420 / #1421). There is no change to the fix itself. #1407 added a `filter_expression` argument to `ConsumerWorker::receive_messages`, so the 2 test calls added by this PR now pass `&FilterExpression::sub_all()`. `bab947d0` → `335602ff`. `cargo test -- --test-threads=1`: 106 passed (lib); `cargo fmt --check`, `cargo doc` and `cargo build --examples --all-features` are clean; `clippy -D warnings` only shows the 2 `for_kv_map` errors of `master`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
