## What is changed The outbox dispatch path re-validates active silences before sending, but never re-checks whether the alert was acknowledged after the row was enqueued. A reminder queued just before the operator ACKs is still delivered on the next dispatch tick - and keeps firing for every queued row until someone runs the destructive clear-acknowledged action (which also deletes the alert history). The mapper ships for exactly this state, but it is only wired into that bulk-clear path. now checks before delivery and drops the row with a audit record. ## Test - New asserts the row is deleted, the audit records SKIPPED, and no further state update happens; passes 27/27. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
