Rebased onto `master` (`e0cd6e05`, after #1381), with the resolution from #1412 (♣): - `receive_internal` from #1381 now calls `select_readable_message_queue(route, ...)` instead of `select_message_queue(route)`. - `util.rs` keeps #1381's `is_readable_master_queue` / `prune_lite_route`; this PR's copy of `is_readable_master_queue` was identical and is dropped. Only `select_readable_message_queue` and its tests are added. `122de164` → `7a438246`. `cargo test -- --test-threads=1`: 135 passed (lib); integration and doc tests pass; `fmt --check`, `doc` and `build --examples --all-features` are clean; `clippy -D warnings` is clean, and `clippy --all-targets` shows the same warnings as `master`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
