Head commit for run: 67ce3ab66120ce2cbcf68da6edcfa0de926f4104 / zhiyuanlei <[email protected]> perf(rust): sign requests with the UTC time instead of now_local() Every RPC signs its metadata with OffsetDateTime::now_local(). In a multi-threaded process, which a Tokio client always is, time 0.3 reads /proc/self/stat on every call to count the threads, then refuses to compute the local offset, so the client paid ~14µs per request only to fall back to now_utc(). Use now_utc() directly; the header value does not change. Drop the now unused local-offset feature of time. Reference Java: Signature#DATE_TIME_FORMAT is in UTC.
