Description:
Many users confuse username with blog handle and end up registering with a
username that they'd like to change. Support modification of username by the
user or the site admin.
UPDATE: leveraging a screen name instead will likely meet the need. The
standard themes will need to be updated to show "Posted by [screen name]" on
blog entries and feeds vs "Posted by [Full Name]" or "Posted by [User Name]".
