Fix For: 4.0
Comment notifications are not being received on group blogs. I confirmed that
it doesn't matter if the notification email address is an individual or alias
(in case it was something to do w/ the mail server). Reproducible on the
blogs.sun.com/c2 blog and the blogs.sun.com/thinkthin blog.
