when you perform any operation on the members permissions page the change is
not reflected on the page which is returned, you have to manually refresh the
page to see the changes reflected.
NOTE: i looked at the code and thought that everything looks appropriate, so
it's possible that the problem is in the backend such that we are not properly
managing both sides of the weblog -> permissions, user -> permissions
bi-direction association.
