Attachment: ApplicationResources_fr.properties
The file attached contains ApplicationResources_fr.properties (french
translation of the web site) with native encoding.
Since version 3.1 (i think), it seems that encoding using native2ascii produces
garbage on the browser pages. Not using native2ascii displays characters as
expected, so the attached file is not processed.
The translation has been thoroughly tested with 3.1 and a little bit with 4.0.
It is expected to contain most of the required language for 4.0 as the source
of the file for this new file was from 4.0.
Note that some tabbed menus and menu titles never get displayed in the selected
language but always in english.
