Spam & Pending Query Comment Filter does not work

The filter query for spam and pending comment does not work
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install glassfish v2 b58 build with Sun custom Roller 81/2007 build
2. Start Roller > register a new user > login > create a weblog > a weblog
entry
3. View to the recently created weblog entry to add a comment
4. Select Preferences > set comment to moderate > add word spam to the Spam
Prevention word list > update the change
5. Again, view the weblog entry > add 2 new comments, one for pending comment
for spam comment with having Name=spam
6. Go to Manage comments in weblog page
Note: There is one white, one yellow and one red comment in the list
Select Pending only to do the query
BUG:
-The list is always displayed 3 different color comments regardless the
query filter value
-The problem also happens with spam query type
