I would like to report two problems in Comment Management.
1. A comment cannot be searched after it is approved. A comment can still be
searched after it is deleted. Both problems can be fixed by manually rebuild
search index.
2. The actions on Comment Management page use checkboxes. The semantic meanings
are ambiguous when more than one checkbox is checked.
