Entries are not removed from the cache when deleted. Entries are still visible
to non-logged in users until the blog owner flushes the cache.
Test
Log in, Flush cache of weblog
Post New Entry title content and or summary - XOX
View entry XOX - logged in - entry is displayed.
Delete Entry XOX - logged in - view the weblog - entry is not displayed.
Open a different Browser - view the Weblog, the entry is still displayed.
Login - Flush cache - logout - the entry is no longer displayed.
