       Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
    Fix Version/s: 4.0

Am unable to reproduce on thunderbird, gmail and msn mail clients. Tested by
changing the user account email and email comments setting true. The link was
complete in all instances. If user was logged in - comment management page
appeared. If user not logged in - the login page appeared and was directed to
the comment management page. Also tested removing the entry and verifying the
link, all directed to the comment management page. Tested on SWAN intranet
environment using the same machine. Can re-open if neccesary use case is given.

> Some users report that the link to the comment management page in the email
> notification that is received by the blog owner when a comment is left on
> their blogs is broken. One user reported that when he clicked on the link, he
> received the following:
> "Permission Denied
> Possible causes:
> You requested a weblog entry that you do not have permission to edit (perhaps
> one you've already submitted for review?).
> You tried to save an object from "stale" web page, left by an earlier login
> under a different user account.
> You logged in using incorrect capitalization of your username. To resolve
> this problem, logout and login again with your correct username.
> Your blog server's database connection is misconfigured. To resolve this
> problem, see your system administrator."
> Addition refinement:: encapsulate the URL in <> to stop such anti-social
> wrapping. It's not confirmed that anti-social wrapping was the cause of the
> above.
