Incomplete admitted message appears when invite a user to join a group blog

When a user is invited to join a group blog, and the roller is not configured
to an email server, the admission message does not mention about the email
problem
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install Glassfish V2 server build 58c
2. Install Roller M1 b04 build
3. Start Roller > Register an admin user > create a Weblog and a web log entry
4. Register another user, named j2eetest
5. As Admin user go to Members menu in the Preferences tab and click "Invite
new member" link to invite j2eetest user to join Admin weblog
BUG:
The admission message display as:
"User successfully invited"
No mention to the problem of notification email in the message
