Do you mean Microsoft SQL Server? If so, did you follow step 8.3 in the
installation guide? Because, If you're using some other database with Roller,
then you must override the Hibernate dialect. For SQL Server you'll need this
dialect:
org.hibernate.dialect.SQLServerDialect
