Installation docs do not mention planet-custom.properties

1) The need for planet-custom.properties is not explained in the Installation
Guide
2) These properties should be defined in the Planet properties file NOT the
Roller one:
planet.aggregator.technorati.limit=500
cache.dir=${user.home}/roller_data/planetcache
3) There is no property called 'planet.aggregator.cache.dir' so it should be
removed from roller.properties.
