Firefox 3.0b2 causes 500 after saving an entry
----------------------------------------------

                 Key: ROL-1674
                 URL:
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/roller/browse/ROL-1674
             Project: Roller
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: User Interface - General
    Affects Versions: 4.0
         Environment: OS X 10.5.1 (Leopard), Firefox 3.0b2
            Reporter: Matt Raible
            Assignee: Matt Raible
            Priority: Trivial

I upgraded from Firefox 2 to Firefox 3.0b2 today and ever since I've received
the following error whenever I save an entry or post a comment.

Unexpected Exception
Status Code 500
Message java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
Type
Exception Roller has encountered and logged an unexpected exception.

This doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the application (entries and
comments are saved correctly).

My logs show the following:

SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet SearchServlet threw exception
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread
        at java.lang.Thread.start0(Native Method)
        at java.lang.Thread.start(Thread.java:574)

Since my site has been up for 8d, 12h 17m 46s, it's possible this is related to
OOM issues. However, I haven't seen it before and I just upgraded to Firefox 3
today.
