Better error messages for comments

Currently, if a commenter spends a lot of time composing a comment (not sure of
the exact duration, but >1 hour), when they correctly respond to the math
challenge and attempt to post their comment, the receive a generic "Comment
authentication failed!" message.
Instead, provide a message like the following:
"The spam control math question expired. Please answer the new math question
below to successfully post your comment."
Also, if a commenter fails to answer the math question at all, they also
recieve the "Comment authentication failed!" message. Intead, provide a message
like the following:
"Answering the spam control math question below is required prior to posting
your comment."
