Planet not refreshing Recent Entries

Planet Aggregator does not update front page entries after creating new blog
entries, or editing existing entries.
Of note, restarting Roller on the application server triggers Planet to update.
Configuration Notes:
I followed Roller Install Guide for 4.0.1 at section 9.1. (Note: Had to take
the additional step of adding my site's standard RSS feed
(http://www.../roller/welcome/feed/entries/rss) to Planet Admin\Subscriptions.
I believe this is the correct approach, but could not find documentation
anywhere to confirm this.)
