Switching from Standard to Mobile causes loss of data

Steps to reproduce:
1) Edit a template using the Template Edit page, make changes in your
"Standard" template
2) Click the "Mobile" tab and the page will be reloaded causing your edits from
step #1 to be lost
Solution: instead of using the Roller Menu Tab stuff that causes the page to be
reloaded, implement tabs on the client side (via JavaScript) so that we can
save both the Standard and Mobile template content in the browser and then send
both when the user hits save.
