Enable restriction so that only LDAP authenticated users can add comments.
Please see attached files for implementation. I didn't do any translations for
the ApplicationResources.properties change I made, just fyi. Just enable it
the same way you would the MathCommentAuthenticator, plus a few settings so we
can find the ldap server.
