I'm not sure on this, because one could be writing in English and Spanish and
hence have the 'enable multi-language blogging' enabled, but later switch to
English only and disable the 'enable multi-language blogging' setting.
However, the 'show entries in all languages' would still have value on older
entries written in Spanish.
