OK, the problem is that for much of Europe, including Sweden, the Calendar
starts on a Monday: http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/?year=2013&country=21,
but our Calendar drawing Macro is assuming always a Sunday. This can be
replicated in Roller trunk merely by setting a blog's locale to Swedish
(Sweden).
