Glen Mazza closed ROL-1553.
---------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

The invited user will still see the invitation when he logs into Roller
regardless of whether the email service is configured. Any blog server without
email enabled will have more severe issues (no emailed comment notification or
approval for example) forcing most any blog admin to enable it, making this a
very rare situation. Further, the decision by the blog admin not to provide
email is an admin issue and not one that needs to be reported to individual
bloggers.
