Glen Mazza closed ROL-1162.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

The XHTML and CSS links are fine today, the themes themselves might be
generating invalid XHTML & CSS, but I'm inclined to keep the links there for
now as a reminder to Roller devs that we have those links available to test our
themes. This is the only theme which retains these links.

> The XHTML & CSS links on the Sotto theme point to invalid URLS (note
> roller/roller):
> and
> http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http://blogs.sun.com/roller/roller/page/123
> Dave suggests removal of these links from the theme since it's difficult to
> keep blogs XHTML compatible.
> Short term work arounds:
> 1. Change "$absBaseURL$ctxPath" to "$absBaseURL" in URLs created for XHTML
> and CSS validation
> or
> 2. Remove the "$absBaseURL$ctxPath" lines
