Probably as a result of my recent changes moving to top-level folders only for
Media Files, MediaFileDirectory.createMediaFileDirectory() isn't capable of
creating subfolders that the caller, ThemeManagerImpl.importTheme() needs. The
latter calls this to create the "/images" folder presumably under the blog
name. createMediaFileDirectory() will need updating to handle paths when
requested.
