Resolution: Incomplete
This class is no longer in Roller, and appears to map today to
FileContentManagerImpl's saveFileContent() method, however the code there has
been considerably changed & simplified from that of the patch. I'm not sure
the problem that this patch fixes, and it's not clear whether saveFileContent()
has that same problem today.
