Resolution: Not a Problem
Item from 2007. For blogs that would like to offer this, I think just
incorporating Disqus comments (such as here:
http://gauravsaini.me/post/79875380594/contribution-to-apache-roller#disqus_thread)
would provide this functionality today, without Roller needing to reinvent the
wheel.
