As reported in ROL-2082 , Some users can't use Roller due to firewall that
blocks some necessary files that available in CDN.
I think it's preferable that adding these contents to Roller distribution that
currently need to be downloaded from CDN such as AngularJS for users who are
living inside firewall. Any problems with it (e.g. Licensing) ?
