Resolution: Not A Bug
This Jira project is use for reporting bugs and issues about Apache Roller and
not the Apache Blogs service (blogs.apache.org).
If you are an Apache committer, you can create a blog for your project or get
access the the existing blog of your project by submitting a request to the
INFRA project.
