selection in the cmb was preventing a new selection when the user deleted some
character in the text input
new e0abd2c fix keyboard event handling in emulation. Emulation will use
mixedCase event names because folks may be using that string without a constant
in old code
new 67bd539 wire up FocusEvents in emulation. Fixes #395
