new 920d6c5 Style HueSelector and make flash and js behavior consistent
for vslider mouse controller.
new cd6b059 Make sure we don't remove a loader that doesn't exist
new ee68bff Go back to js side listening to host instead of topmost event
dispatcher until we can figure out what to do about having a top most level
with no size.
