download-royale: better npm -g instructions without sudo

Node/npm recommend *not* installing with sudo. Added reference to EACCES
error you'd get if installation failed, and linked to npm docs with latest
recommendations from Node/npm instead of suggesting sudo (or copying their
recommendations, which might change in the future).
