    TypeDefinition: fix exception if interface.prototype.ROYALE_CLASS_INFO 
doesn't exist
    
    If externs defines an interface, ROYALE_CLASS_INFO may not exist. There are 
other similar checks for superclasses, so this just handles the same case for 
interfaces.
