Add validation process before the integration test.
Currently, if we have other yarn/zookeeper processes running, the integration
test will fail with [a not-very-informative
exception|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-511?focusedCommentId=14278082&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-14278082],
It will be good to add a validation on start to guarantee no conflicting
processes are running.
