[~closeuris] I don't understand if we really need this option. I am pretty sure
no one is using it for now (obviously because the patch was not applied :) ) We
should try to keep configuration of external systems outside of Samza, unless
it is an absolute requirement to ensure that Samza jobs directly depend on it.
This option feels more like a nice to have option.
I opened up this JIRA to start a conversation around this. So, do you really
think we need this option? :)
