SAMZA-680 introduced the idea of a pluggable cluster manager interface to work
with the job coordinator. However, a lot of unit tests have to be changed as a
result of this refactoring. This will entail porting the unit tests for the
original classes into the refactored ones. Wherever tests don't make sense, we
will re-write/re-implement the tests.
