Description: Since this is a bug fix release and the samza master is way
ahead of the release branch, we should just update the versions in master and
latest branch, instead of merging them. (was: Need to merge the changes from
hello-samza latest to master s.t. hello-samza master branch uses Samza 0.10.0.)
