Patch 2 fixed some log verbosity and removed a couple whitespace errors.
NOTE the patch includes 2 scripts which should be executable:

create mode 100755 samza-rest/src/main/bash/run-samza-rest-service.sh
create mode 100755 samza-shell/src/main/bash/kill-yarn-job-by-name.sh
