Changes made for LISAMZA-1060 affects any code path using
JavaStorageConfig.java, instead of StorageConfig.scala.
Please fix getChangelogStream in JavaStorageConfig and make sure that there are
no other inconsistencies between StorageConfig and JavaStorageConfig.
