The default `SERVICE_WAIT_TIMEOUT_SEC` value of 20 seconds in `./bin/grid`
results in timeout errors on low to mid end machines. 20 seconds seems very low
for something that can completely derail the tutorial.
I created a PR to increase it to 40 seconds, but I'm not sure what the
procedure is for getting that merged.
