Summary: Automate grid setup + clean up on-boarding process

[~pmaheshwari] proposed the following improvements to our current on-boarding
process:
* Make the interface of the bin/grid script consistent for eg: bin/grid start
standaloneDeps, bin/grid start yarnDeps
* The ./deploy.sh script currently merely builds the user application and
generates a tar-ball. Rename the ./deploy.sh to convey what it is actually
doing. ./build-package.sh
* Revisit if we should provide yarn.package.path: Currently, yarn.package.path
is constructed using a combination of $base_dir and $version. It would be nice
to have users to not specify the config
