+ * Coordination Primitive to maintain the list of processors in the quorum
+ *
+ * Guarantees:
+ * 1. operations are linearizable
+ * 2. registration persistence in the absence of connection errors
+ *
+ * Non-guarantees:
+ * 1. thread safe
+ * 2. concurrent access of the list of processors in the quorum
+ * 3. persistence of registration across connection errors
+ * 4. processorId as indicator of registration order

 Review comment:
   Java-docs should reflect the right tone, be complete, precise..

   Here's a better reword imho:
   ```
   "Maintains a list of processors in a quorum.
   A processor can add itself to the quorum by calling register and remove
   itself by invoking unregister. If a processor is not alive beyond the
heart-beat
   timeout, its membership is automatically revoked.
   <p> All operations (register, unregister, getRegisteredProcessors) are
linearizable.;
   This class is not thread-safe. "
   ```

   For completeness, we should add:
   List<String> getRegisteredProcessors()
   long getHeartbeatTimeoutMs();
