In the ZkJobCoordinator model of standalone, there are two metadata store types
used:
ZkMetadataStore - used for job model and run ID generation
CoordinatorStreamStore - used to store configs and used for Startpoints (SEP-18)
The next generation of the metadata store abstraction should allow the
consolidation of the two types into one type.
