Summary: Add documentation for node label and update configuration

We started supported node labels since 0.12. However, we don't have
documentation on how to use the feature. We need to add a section to samza-yarn
documentation that illustrates node label usage and also update our
configuration table to clarify that the framework supports node label
configurations.
